At Etsah Trinity, we value the trust you place in us and strive to provide the best services possible. Our refund policy outlines the conditions under which we will issue refunds for our services, courses, and products.

1. Course Refunds

Refunds for our courses, including the Neuro-CBT Practitioner Diploma, will be considered under the following conditions:

  • Cancellation Before Course Commencement: If you decide to cancel your enrollment before the course begins, a full refund will be provided, minus any applicable administrative fees.
  • Cancellation Within the First Week: If you cancel within the first week after the course start date, you are eligible for a 50% refund.
  • No Refunds After the First Week: After the first week of the course, refunds will not be issued as resources and access to course materials are already allocated.
  • Refund will be refunded to your original payment method within 5 days.

2. Service-Based Refunds

Refunds for consultancy, mental health, or recruitment services will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Refunds will be issued if:

  • The services have not yet commenced, and you request a refund within 7 days of payment. Refund will be refunded to your original payment method within 7 days.
    Services provided do not align with the agreed scope of work, pending review by our management team.

3. Product Refunds

For any products purchased directly from Etsah Trinity (such as educational materials or downloadable content):

  • Digital Products: Refunds will not be provided for digital products once they are accessed or downloaded.
  • Physical Products: Returns are accepted within 14 days of receipt, provided the product is unused and in its original condition. Refund will be refunded to your original payment method within 14 days. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

4. Special Circumstances

In the event of medical or personal emergencies, exceptions may be made on a case-by-case basis at the discretion of the Etsah Trinity management team. Proof of the emergency may be required.
